• That certain Mortgage dated August 5, 2016, executed by the Sellers and in favor of the bankruptcy estate, recorded on August 18, 2016 at Book 3888, Page 1128, Official Records of Clay County, Florida as to the real property described as: LOT 25, IN BLOCK 4, OF LOCH RANE UNIT 1 REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 37 TO 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
