Auction Sale of the bankruptcy estate interest in the following property:

• Approximate 0.00039780 overriding royalty interest in OBX1-2 Well located in Section 2-T23N-R8W, Garfield County, Oklahoma and in the oil and gas leases covering Section 2 but outside of the borehole of the Vera Winter #1 Well;
• Approximate 0.00124382 overriding royalty interest in Richey 2407 1-21H Well located in Section 21-T24N-R7W, Garfield County, Oklahoma and in the oil and gas leases covering Section 21 but outside of the borehole of the Kay Zaloudek #1 Well and the Kay Zaloudek #2 SWD Well;
• Approximate 0.01591180 working interest and approximate 0.01392283 net revenue interest in the borehole of the Vera Winter #1 Well located in Section 2-T23N-R8W, Garfield County, Oklahoma;
• Approximate 0.01776884 working interest and approximate 0.01554772 net revenue interest in the boreholes of the Kay Zaloudek #1 Well and the Kay Zaloudek #2 SWD Well located in Section 21-T24N-R7W, Garfield County, Oklahoma; and
• All pending or potential claims that have been or might be asserted in a certain action relating to the Kay Zaloudek #1 Well and the Vera Winter #1 Well pending in the District Court in and for Garfield County, Oklahoma, Case No. CV-2014-47, styled Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent Westok, LLC v. Billy Jack Sharber Operating, LLC, et al. (the “Litigation”)
