Oil & Gas and Mineral Interests in Texas

Sale of all of the estate’s right, title, and interest in and to the oil, gas, and other minerals, royalties and overriding royalties, in and under and that may be produced and mined, that the Estate owns, if any, in, on, or under the following properties (hereinafter referred to collectively as, the “Mineral Interests”):

103.475 acres of land, more or less, being the West 106.0 acres of the East 212.0 acres, Section 59, Block 13, H&GN R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract 473, Reeves County, Texas, as described in Patent dated September 17, 1873, from the State of Texas to Edmund J. Davis, recorded in Volume 3, Page 429, of the Patent Records of Reeves County, Texas, SAVE AND EXCEPT 2.525 acres of land, more or less, as described in that certain Deed dated May 9, 1910, from M. L. Swinehart to Pecos Valley Southern Railway, recorded in Volume 32, Page 291 of the Deed Records of Reeves County, Texas; and, the South 137.1428 acres of the North Half (N/2) of Section 15, Block 59, Public School Lands Survey, Reeves County, Texas; and, all lands situated all or in part in Reeves County, Texas, whether or not specifically described herein.
