Auction Sale of All of the undivided interest of debtor, James Laird aka James David Laird, if any, in and to all of the oil, gas and other minerals of every kind and character, including leasehold interests, leases, and overriding mineral interests, in:

• Undivided mineral interest in 10 acres of land in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 7 South, Range 4 West of the third principal Meridian, Jackson County, Illinois;
• Undivided mineral interest in the west 65 acres of the east 80.6 acres of land of Block 28 of the McKewn Johnson subdivision of the J.M. Collingsworth Survey, A-121, Palo Pinto County, Texas; and
• Undivided royalty interest in 372 acres of land, more or less, out of the William Wilson Survey, A-805, the J.S. Hastings Survey, A-1145, the G.W. Bayse 160 acre survey, A-962, all in Erath County, Texas.
