Judgment for Sale

Sale of Judgment is entered against the Defendant, Cottonwood Builders, Inc., and in favor of the Plaintiff, Michael F. Thomson in his capacity as the Chapter 7 Trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Hyline Paper & Reprografix, LLC, in the amount $2,609.55 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 542(a), plus an award of attorneys’ fees in the amount of $887.00, plus costs of $350.00, for a total judgment amount of $3,846.55. Said amount shall accrue post-judgment interest at the statutory rate.
