Judgment for Sale

Sale of Judgment against Sharp in the 239th District Court of Brazoria County, Texas styled Great Gulfcan Energy Texas, Inc. and Seiran Exploration and Production Company, LLC v. Richard A. Sharp III and Lysette R. Sharp, Cause No. 64697. On January 29, 2015, the District Court entered a final judgment (the “Judgment”) against Richard Sharp in the amount of $2,797,847.22 and against Lysette Sharp in the amount of $93,127.53 (“Judgment sellers”). The Judgment was subsequently domesticated in Louisiana resulting in a Judgment issued by the 32nd Judicial District Court for the Parish of Terrebonne on August 5, 2015.
