Expectancy Interests for Sale

Sale of all of the bankruptcy estate’s rights, title, and interest in and to (i) an expectancy interest in the estate of the seller's late mother, Daisy Jinks (D.O.B. 8.27.1940 and D.O.D. 2.11.2018) and (ii) an expectancy interest in the estate of another family member, Christian Wright (D.O.B. 5.2.1922 and D.O.D. 2.11.2018), and which has been reported to the Trustee, to own no less than a 1.66% interest in the real property located at 756 Halsey Street, Brooklyn, New York 11233 (the “Property”); and (iii) potential rights to object to the Last Will and Testament of Christian Wright in the Probate Proceeding in Kings County, File #: 2019-8/A, to which the Trustee never received any notice of the proceeding (collectively, the “Interest”).
