If you cannot meet the removal requirement please refrain from bidding. Absolutely NO Exceptions or Extensions. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EQUIPMENT OR PERSONNEL AVAILABLE FOR ITEM REMOVAL. ALL BIDDERS COMING FOR PICK UP WITHOUT PROPER PERSONNEL OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE TURNED AWAY UNTIL THEY CAN REMOVE THE ITEMS WITH THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT AND PERSONNEL NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE or UNNECESSARY PERSONNEL WILL BE ALLOWED DURING THE PICK UP PROCESS.

IMPORTANT!! Buyer is responsible for all dismantling, rigging, crating, loading: hauling at own risk and expense. THE AUCTIONEERS DO NOT FURNISH PERSONNEL OR EQUIPMENT FOR LOADING, SHIPPING OR PACKAGING! PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

Buyer's premium is in effect for this item, the rate is 10.00% of the final bid price.

Tax applies to this item, tax rate is 9.75% of the final price.

Selling on behalf of the US Bankryptcy Court.The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The final sale is subject to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval. There will be a 1.5% diesel surcharge on off-road, heavy-duty diesel equipment of 50 horsepower. This will be reflected in the sales tax. If your item has a title it will be provided in approximately 60-90 days from auction closing. Payment within 3 business days of close of auction. State and local sales/use tax to be applied to all purchases unless a properly executed exemption certificate is submitted.
