Selling on behalf of the US Bankryptcy Court.The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The final sale is subject to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval. There will be a 1.5% diesel surcharge on off-road, heavy-duty diesel equipment of 50 horsepower. This will be reflected in the sales tax. If your item has a title it will be provided in approximately 60-90 days from auction closing. Payment within 3 business days of close of auction. State and local sales/use tax to be applied to all purchases unless a properly executed exemption certificate is submitted.
