Claims for Sale

Sale of the Chose in Action belonging to this estate (the "Chose"). The Chose can be and is generally described as being claims for fraud, conspiracy, interference, and tortious conduct, the details of which are asserted in a sixteen (16) count complaint filed by the Purchasers as a civil action in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and assigned Case # CV- 19-927010 by that court. The claims asserted in that civil action are against six (6) named defendants, to-wit:

• Meredith Farrow
• Green Mile Enterprises, LLC
• Santo Meri LLC
• Green Mile Solutions LLC
• Green Mile Wellness LLC
• Clean Remedies, LLC, and
• Unnamed parties consisting of Darrin Farrow, Mad Oregon LLC as well as John Does 1-10 who may be identified in an amended complaint (all collectively referred to herein as the "State Court Defendants”).
