Claims for Sale

Sale of the bankruptcy estate’s interest in and to certain claims/counterclaims as generally described by the seller in his Amended Schedules filed with the Court on June 26, 2019, (Dkt. 33) and as further described in seller's response to paragraph 33, Schedule A/B, “Claims Against Third Parties”, to the extent that seller's claims/counterclaims relate, directly or indirectly, to Clifton Bo Cleveland, Clifton Cleveland Abbott, W. Scott Abbott and Jill Abbott. The subject claims/counterclaims are also described by seller in his Answer to Complaint and Counterclaims with Jury Demand for Certain Claims, filed in Adversary Proceeding No. 19-00034, and styled as Clifton Bo Cleveland Abbott, Clifton Cleveland Abbott, W. Scott Abbott and Jill Abbott, Plaintiffs vs. Christopher Greg Thomas, Defendant; and in seller's Answer and Counterclaim to Amended Complaint, filed before the commencement of this bankruptcy case in a state court proceeding styled as Clifton Bo Cleveland Abbott, et. al., vs. Prospect Agency Group, et. al., District Court Case No. 2017-CV-31984, Jefferson County, Colorado.
