Claims for Sale

Sale of claims of the Gilbert Hospital Unsecured Creditors’ Trust (the “GH Trust”), described as below:

All of GH Trust’s right, title and interest, together with whatever claims and rights may be associated with that interest, if any, in any claims that GH Trust may have, as of March 29, 2019, against any individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, or any other persons or entities, and their respective heirs, successors and assigns, whether known or unknown, matured or unmatured, disputed or undisputed, or liquidated or contingent, that are the subject of or related to Adversary 307, but specifically excluding any claims the GH Trust may have against Gottlieb, Brinkman, any current or former attorney or employee of Brinkman, Peter Kravitz or any current or former Trustee, advisor, advisory board member, officer, employee, attorney, accountant, representative or agent of the Trust and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
