Auction Sale of all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, disputes, damages, claims, obligations, liabilities, costs, expenses and demands of any kind whatsoever, whether first or third party in nature, at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, matured or unmatured, liquidated or unliquidated, vested or contingent, choate or inchoate, that Maryam Mohammed Ahmad had, now has or hereafter can, shall or may have, against Safari Drive Condominium Association for any reason, or any matter, cause or thing, directly or indirectly, through and
including November 20, 2017.
