Claims and Business Interest for Sale

Sale of the bankruptcy estate interest in the following property:

• Non-scheduled property in which the seller had, or may have had, an interest on the Petition Date (and, thus, became and remained property of the Estate) including the following: (a) the seller's 10 percent ownership interest in DANIEL ROY HAFEN, LTD, including any property acquired as a result of that ownership interest; (b) the seller's 10 percent ownership interest in ACOM, LLC, including any property acquired as a result of that membership interest; (c) the seller's beneficial ownership interest in the C.A.R. TRUST and C.A.R.A. Trust; (d) the seller's claim in water rights 71-298, currently in the name of Daniel R. Hafen and Alta Mae Hafen (both deceased), and; (e) the seller's claim in DANIEL ROY HAFEN, LTD’s shares of the Pinto Irrigation Company, a Utah corporation (collectively the “Estate Property”) and
• The Trustee’s rights or claims to avoid pre-petition transfers of property of thehe seller or post-petition transfers of property of the estate under 11 U.S.C. §§ 544, 547, 548, and 549 (the “Avoidance Rights and Powers”).
