5. Brotherly Love House, Inc.
6. Real estate located at 234 East Penn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144, that is nominally titled in the name of the Seller's sister, Sehris Khawaja
7. Monarch Trans Inc.
8. WJK & Associates LLC and any loans owed to the Seller
9. Loans to Monarch Trans Inc.
10. Loans to Dynamic Consulting Group, Inc.
11. Claims and/or potential lawsuits related to the property at 599 Timberlake Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082, including, but not limited to, property damage claims under the insurance policy issued by Foremost Insurance Company
12. June 16, 2015 mortgage loan to Hector Mayorga, recorded at Book 05678, Page 0495, Instrument No. 2015039455, secured by the property located at 3709 Marshall Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082
13. Causes of action in favor of Seller or any of his entities against any of the following: Matthew S. Breen; MACCS Construction, LLC; William J.
