Assets of Newspaper Publisher

Sale of assets of The News-Gazette, Inc. which includes:

1. All of Mrs. Chinigo’s paintings
2. All art collected by Mrs. Chinigo, including family portraiture, paintings prints, photographs, statuary
3. All personal items, including but not limited to papers, correspondence, photos, artifacts and art of Mrs. Chinigo’s in the storeroom in the basement of 15 Main Building
4. Everything in the southern display case in the basement of 15 Main Street, including personal photos, awards and recognition received by Mrs. Chinigo and her family, family mementos, artifacts and keepsakes.
5. Everything in the western display cases in the basement of 15 Main Street, including recognition of the community work of the News‐Gazette and its affiliates.
6. All art, photographs, collages of photographs on the walls of 15 Main St.
7. All historic papers, photographs, art (including paintings and statuary), and memorabilia in the 4th floor storage areas and other areas of 15 Main St.
8. All Zuppke paintings and related photos and mementos that were in what was Dan Corkery’s office.
9. All other Zuppke, UI sports memorabilia
10. All photographs of the Stevick family and historic photos of the News‐Gazette and radio stations.
11. Rosie Sandifur statuettes and the Publisher’s Award trophy
12. The contents of Mrs. Chinigo’s time capsule
13. The “Gazette” inscribed stone now in the front lobby and its accompanying plaque.
14. All other items not named above that would naturally be a part of a collection of the above that are located at 15 Main St
