Young Leaders Academy in Wisconsin

Sale of Facility, YMCA (Youth Leadership Academy, Inc. and Metropolitan Milwaukee, Inc.) YMCA operate independently in a single building of 140,000 square feet with a shared parking lot, having a street address of 1350 West North Avenue, in the City of Milwaukee (the “Facility”). The Metropolitan Milwaukee, Inc. owns the entire Facility and all of the personal property located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. The property Consists of (i) all of the land; (ii) all of the buildings and structures that form part of or are located at the Facility and (iii) all of the personal property associated with operation of the Academy, including general intangibles of YLA (the “Personal Property”).

(i) Young Leaders Academy - The Academy serves approximately 500 children in grades K to 8, about 76% of whom are economically disadvantaged. This month (June 2014), the Academy will graduate its twelfth class of 8th grade students.

(ii) Personal Assets - Desks, Chairs, Tables, Computers, Shelves, Copying or Communications equipment, etc.
