Restaurant and Bar Business in Massachusetts

Auction Sale of substantially all of the assets of the No Name Restaurant, Inc., used in the operation of the No Name Restaurant, including but not limited to:

• The lease for the premises located at 15½ Boston Fish Pier, South Boston, Massachusetts 02110. The Leased Premises consists of approximately 7,219 square feet of space used for the operation of the Restaurant and approximately 40 permanent parking spaces in the Boston Fish Pier parking area. The current term of the Lease extends through December 31, 2024, which term may be further extended by the tenant through December 31, 2029. The stated monthly base rent under the Lease is $20,018, plus additional amounts for parking and other charges. The tenant is responsible for, among other things, the payment of all taxes, utilities, and insurance;
• The seller's wine, malt beverages, and cordials license and other licenses and permits;
• The name No Name Restaurant and any other trade names and trademarks associated with the No Name Restaurant;
• All furniture, fixtures, and equipment; and
• Any other personal property owned by the seller and located at the seller's premises.
