Auction Sale of substantially all of assets of Auxilius Heavy Industries, LLC, including, but not limited to, contract rights, furnishings, machinery, vehicles, equipment, computer equipment, software used in any computer equipment, inventory, supplies, all intangible intellectual property, documentation, assignable licenses and permits, website URL, phone numbers, vendor records, business name, logo and goodwill, only excluding the following: (i) causes of action, including but not limited to, chapter 5 avoidance actions; (ii) cash; and (iii) accounts receivable outstanding on the Closing Date.
