Assets of Shooting Range and Retail Gun Shop Business

Auction Sale of assets of Gunsmoke, LLC, Happy Beavers, LLC, and Armed Beavers, LLC (collectively, the “Sellers”), including all the real property and the personal property.

Happy Beavers, LLC, Armed Beavers, LLC and Gunsmoke, LLC are interlocked companies used by third parties (Chee Wei Fong and Richard Weingarten) for the operation of an indoor shooting range and retail gun shop (operating under the trade name “Front Range Gun Club”) located at 697 N. Denver Ave., Loveland, Colorado 80537 (together with the fixtures situated thereupon the “Real Property”). Happy Beavers, LLC holds title to the Real Property and a portion of the inventory available for sale by the Front Range Gun Club. Gunsmoke, LLC, on the other hand, owns the majority of the inventory available for sale by the Front Range Gun Club, LLC, and all equipment and general intangibles of the business (collectively, and together with the inventory owned by Happy Beavers, LLC, the “Personal Property”).
