Assets of New Jersey Laundry Business

Sale of all assets of Shree Madhav Laundry, LLC which includes:

1. All licenses and permits of which the Seller is now possessed in connection with the operation of the Business which may be legally transferred.
2. All furnishings, fixtures and equipment used in the Business, all of which are in "As Is" condition.
3. Such goodwill in the Business as Seller may possess.
4. All inventory, stock-in-trade, and supplies used within the Business and owned by Seller, as the same exists on the date of settlement.
5. The trade name and trademarks of the Business as well as the telephone numbers of the Business.
6. All books and records and customer lists pertaining to the operation of the Business.
7. Seller's interest as Tenant in that certain Lease for the leasing of space at 359 Pennington Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey dated March 26, 2019 with MCRP Pennington Urban Renewal LLC as Landlord (the "'Lease").
