Sale of all assets of Aluminum Shapes, L.L.C. Which includes

1. all Real Property, together with all buildings, structures, improvements and other appurtenances thereto and thereon;
2. all FF&E;
3. all interests of Seller in the Assumed Contracts;
4. all Permits that relate to the Real Property;
5. all rights of Seller relating to inventory purchased to complete contracts, work in progress, customer deposits and prepaid charges and expenses, and claims for refunds relating to the Assets;
6. all books and records, files, data, reports, computer codes and sourcing data, advertiser and supplier lists, cost and pricing information, business plans, and manuals, blueprints, research and development files, accounting and tax files, personnel records and other records of any Seller or related to the operations of any Seller and/or the Business;
