Assets of Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company

Sale of assets of Insightra Medical, Inc. which includes:

1. all general intangibles including but not limited to the Sellers’ names, all intellectual property, technology, technical manuals, computer software, customer relationships, trade secrets, brand recognition, and proprietary business practices, all governmental and regulatory approvals to the extent transferrable and assignable;
2. the Sellers’ equity interests in Medical Vision AB, Sweden, Insightra India Pvt Ltd;
3. all of the Sellers’ inventory, finished goods, raw materials, work in progress, packaging, supplies, and parts; and
4. all furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery, tools, office equipment, supplies, computers, telephones, and other tangible personal property.
