Assets of Hotel and Restaurant Businesses

Sale of assets of The Frederick, LLC (the “Seller”), consist of approximately 2 acres of land located at 2 Kemble Street, Lenox, Massachusetts, improved with a hotel, known as the Kemble Inn (the “Hotel”), and a restaurant, known as Table Six (the “Restaurant”), and approximately 1 acre of land located off of Kemble Street, Lenox, Massachusetts (the two parcels are collectively referred to as the “Real Estate”) together with furniture, fixtures, equipment, supplies, inventory, login information, telephone numbers, websites, media and marketing materials, customer lists, historical log book, records, transferrable permits and licenses usable in the ordinary course of operating the Hotel and Restaurant (the “Personal Property” and collectively with the Real Estate referred to as the “Assets”).
