Assets of Car Rental Company

Auction Sale of franchises and related assets of The Hertz Corporation and together with their non-seller affiliates (collectively, the “Sellers”). The sellers have from time to time divested certain locations to franchisees. Those sales typically included the assignment of the relevant leases or concession agreements, the sale of certain equipment and other assets necessary to the operation of the franchise, the execution of a franchise agreement, and, in certain circumstances, the sale of vehicles associated with the locations (collectively, the “Assets”).
