Four Tracts of Land in Kansas

Sale of four tracts of land consist of Tract 1 consists of 78.64 acres of crop land; Tract 2 consists of 76.0 acres of crop land and 3.84 acres of timber and creek; Tract 3 consists of 94.08 acres of crop land and 25.05 acres of timber and creek; and, Tract 4 consists of 30.0 acres of crop land and 3 acres of timber and creek located in Ottawa County, Kansas, and more described as below:

• The East one half of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas, (herein separately referred to as “Tract 1”);
• The West one half of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas EXCEPTING from the above described lands that portion of the following described tract of land Beginning at the Northeast corner so the Southeast quarter of said Section 19, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas; thence East to the Centerline of Pipe Creek; thence down said Creek to a point where the center of said creek intersects the West line of said Southeast quarter; thence North to the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter; thence East to the point of beginning being a part of Section 19 and 20, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas, (herein separately referred to as “Tract 2”);
• A tract of land beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas; thence West to the centerline of Pipe Creek as a point of beginning; thence down the center of Pipe Creek to where Pipe Creek intersects the South line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 19; thence East on said South line to the point of beginning AND ALSO the North one half of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas AND ALSO the South one half of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas lying South and East of the centerline of Pipe Creek, Ottawa County, Kansas EXCEPTING from the above described lands that portion of the following described tract of land: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said Section 19, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas; thence East to the Centerline of Pipe Creek; thence down said creek to a point where the center of said creek intersects the West line of said Southeast quarter; thence North to the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter; thence East to the point of beginning being a part of Section 19 and 20, Township 10 South, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., Ottawa County, Kansas, (herein separately referred to as “Tract 3”);
