Auction Sale of farm land consisting of approximately 344 +/- acres located in Berrien County, Georgia, and more described as below:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot No. 276 of the 5th Land District of Berrien County, Georgia, being more particularly described as follows: BEGIN at the Northeast corner of said Land Lot No. 276 and run South 0" 13' West along the East tine of said Land Lot 5055.5 feet; thence north 83" 26' West 2079.5 feet; thence North 0° 13' West 4698.5 feet to the North line of said Land Lot; thence North 89 53' East along the North line of said land lot 3095 feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 344.395 acres as shown upon a plat of survey thereof prepared by D. E. Deese under the direction of S.Y.A. Ball, Reg. Sur., on December 24, 1973, and recorded in Plat Book 3 on page 421 in the office of the clerk of Berrien Superior Court, to the record of which reference is hereby made.
