Assets of Pennsylvania Pharmaceutical Company

Sale of all assets of CL Cressler, Incincluding Patient files, Seller’s leasehold improvements, all of Seller’s goodwill and going concern value and the Seller’s phone numbers and service, but excluding the Seller’s retail accounts receivable, Seller’s retail pharmaceutical inventory, Seller’s right to bill and collect from patients, Seller’s contracts and agreements, Seller’s intellectual property and other intangible rights, Seller’s cash and cash equivalents, Seller’s RX 30 Pharmaceutical computer system, Seller’s vehicles and all other assets which are not located at the Pharmacy as of the date of the Agreement.
