Assets of California Religious Organization

Sale of assets of Piecemakers, includes:

1. A 2013 Ford vehicle; and,
2. The personal property of the Estate previously maintained and secured at two locations – retail inventory (goods for retail sale including but not limited to fabric, patterns and related copyrights, crafting supplies, sewing supplies, clothing, antiques, paintings, furniture and non-affixed fixtures utilized in the Debtor’s retail operation, including but not limited to display cases, office furniture, cooking utensils, serving dishes, small appliances, and related kitchen items - the “Personal Property”) located at the Debtor’s former operating premises of 1720 Adams Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA (the “Adams Property”), and construction equipment (generally - hand tools, planers, nail guns, sanders, drills, an air compressor/dryer - the “Construction Equipment”) previously secured at a warehouse location leased by the Debtor pre-petition and preconversion (the “Warehouse”). The Trustee has caused the Construction Equipment to be relocated to the Adams Property (and the leased Warehouse premises surrendered to the lessor thereof) so that liquidation of the Construction Equipment can occur concurrently with the Retail Inventory.
